What you are buying
A tour pass is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Nothing auto-renews and you will never be charged again unless you buy another pass. One payment unlocks every stop on that tour for a limited access window, shown on the purchase screen before you buy. When the window ends, access ends.
Payment and refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple and charged to your Apple Account. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard terms — we cannot issue them directly. To request one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. If something goes wrong with your pass, contact us and we will do what we can to make it right.
Restoring a pass
Use Restore Purchases on the Tours screen to recover an active pass on a device signed in to the same Apple Account. A pass whose access window has already ended cannot be restored.
Safety while driving
This tour is designed to be heard from a vehicle. You are responsible for operating your vehicle safely and obeying all traffic, parking, and trespassing laws. Set up your route and audio before you drive, and never interact with the app while the vehicle is moving — have a passenger handle it or pull over safely first. Do not enter private property or any closed area. Stop locations are viewed from public streets.
The stories
Tours retell local legends, folklore, and ghost stories as entertainment. They are dramatized performances and are not presented as statements of fact about any person, living or dead, or about any property or business featured along the route.
Your use of the content
Your pass is a personal, non-transferable license to listen. The audio recordings, writing, images, and artwork remain the property of Ghost Rides Lincoln and the performers. Please do not record, copy, republish, or perform them publicly without written permission.
Availability
Stops, routes, and story content may change, and occasionally a location may be temporarily unavailable. We aim to keep every tour complete and working, but the app is provided as is, without warranty, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
